You must give at least 24 hours before cancelling any appointments with us. If this is not provided Aulai have the right to take full payment for the cost of treatment or deduct a session from your existing package. No-shows will also be treated in the same manner. 

Laser Hair Removal

Please shave all areas to be treated 24 hours prior to attending your appointment.

Ice packs may be used during your treatment to numb any areas. Please be aware in rare cases these may cause ice burns.

Please only shave between your laser treatments. You are not able to wax, pluck or use an epilator as this may affect your treatment.

Please refrain from using sun beds when having laser treatment. 

Please refrain from using fake tan as this could have an adverse effect during laser hair removal. 

You must allow a minimum of two weeks before and after sun exposure in order to have your laser treatment. 

Aulai has the right to refuse treatment if they feel it is not safe to carry out the laser treatment. 

Aulai cannot 100% guarantee hair removal on the treated areas. In rare cases, laser hair removal may not work. We do not offer any refunds in these cases.

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge providing your give at least 24 hours notice. This can easily be done via our booking system. 

It is the client's responsibility to make the laser technician aware of any change in medical conditions. 

Aulai are unable to complete laser hair removal without a patch test being carried out at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. 

You can not have laser removal if pregnant.

Fat Freezing (Cryotherapy)

Aftercare advice MUST be followed to ensure the best results.

Aulai cannot 100% guarantee fat removal from the treated areas. In rare cases, it may not work. We do not offer any refunds in these cases.

For stubborn areas of fat, more than one session may be required.

In very rare cases frostbite may occur, but every precaution will be taken by the practitioner to avoid this, however this cannot be guaranteed

You may experience some swelling, slight discomfort, and tingling, some clients may get abdominal cramping a burning sensation.
